About the Extension

The cost transparency extension adds a new tab on the product details page to visualise a product's cost factors. This allows us to show our customers where exactly their money goes to build trust and add facts to support our sustainability claims. The tab will be shown if a product has cost transparency information available.

Cost factors and their detailed descriptions can be configured for each language. You can use HTML to format bold text or add a feature list. Each product can have up to five cost factors. If the text is too long for display, it will be truncated, but the full text is available in the title attribute when hovering with the mouse or using a screen reader. A click or touch on a factor will show the detailed description text below.

Mit einigen Anpassungen über custom-css (CI Colors) und Textvariablen ist das Tool sehr gut geeignet, betriebswirtschaftliche Produkthintergründe Interessierten einfach darzustellen. Durch die eigene Registerkarte mit diesen Informationen bleibt es dezent und unaufdringlich. Wem es auf ehrliche und offen kommunizierte Produktpräsentation statt nur schnellem Verkauf ankommt, ist damit gut versorgt.

Kleines Manko - es ist noch nicht mit SW 6.7.(2) kompatibel

Danke für die Bewertung und den Hinweis! Die Erweiterung sollte eigentlich auch mit Shopware 6.7.2 funktionieren, aber ich werde es zeitnah testen und die offizielle Kompatibilität entsprechend angeben.
